IRS Audit Legal Services**
Receive up to 50 hours of our Provider Law Firm's time if you receive written notice of an IRS audit or are requested to appear at IRS offices regarding your tax return.

Preferred Member Rate
Receive 25% off the Provider Law Firm's standard rate if you need legal services not otherwise covered by the plan's benefits.
Includes DWI, criminal activities, drug-related matters, dependents, preexisting issues, divorce, etc.
This means a savings of $250 per $1,000, $1,000 for every $4,000.

Who's Covered?**
You, Your Spouse (or Significant other) (not both)

Your children, never married, under 21of age, living at home.

Your children, never married, under 23 years of age, full time college student.

Children who you are legal guardian, under 18 years of age.
Any dependent child, regardless of age, who is mentally or physically disabled, for whom the member is primarily responsible.

Legal Shield**

Should a Member and/or any family member(s)
> be detained (meaning restrained, searched or deprived of immediate liberty by a law inforcement officer or any representative of any federal, state, or local agency),
> injured in an accident,
> served with a warrant, and/or
> authorities attempt to remove your child from your home or custody,
the covered person may receive toll-free telephone access to the provider attorney 24/7, 365 days a year.

Exclusions to this provision include:
1. The member is under the influence of or impaired by the use of alcohol, intoxicants, controlled substances, chemicals or medicines, whether prescribed or not.
2. Assistance in making, posting, or obtaining bond, bail or other security required for release.
3. Detention or arrest arising from alleged domestic violence or alleged stalking.
4. Detention or arrest upon one or more outstanding warrants.
